BMW Motorrad has introduced the new BMW M 1000 R in India priced at Rs 33.50 lakh, ex-showroom. The launch is significant for performance bike enthusiasts because the M 1000 R is the most powerful roadster that has to offer in India. Placed above the S 1000 R, the new bike boasts performance engineering and track-grade components which are inspired by BMW’s M division. Designed for riders who want to enjoy superbike-level performance in a naked streetfighter package, the M 1000 R has been introduced in the premium bike market in India, where other performance bikes with a litre-class engine capacity are available.
