Kia has launched a new Gravity Edition of the Sonet, Seltos, and Carens in the Indian market. These new variants have been introduced to mark the completion of five years in the market. It is to be noted that the new edition brings cosmetic changes for the vehicles when compared to the standard version of the car. Furthermore, the brand has also extended the feature list with new price tags to set it apart.
Kia Seltos Gravity Edition
The prices of the Gravity Edition of the mid-size SUV start at Rs 16.63 lakh (ex-showroom) and go up to Rs 18.21 lakh (ex-showroom). It is based on the mid-spec HTX trim and comes with a 1.5-litre petrol engine mated to a manual or a CVT gearbox or a 1.5-litre diesel engine with a manual transmission. The paint options for the SUV include Glacial White Pearl, Dark Gun Metal, and Aurora Black Pearl.
The feature list on the SUV now has elements like a new dashcam with available features on the higher variants, a Bose Sound System, ventilated front seats, an electronic parking brake (with petrol-CVT), and a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster. The SUV has been equipped with 17-inch alloy wheels with gloss black rear spoiler, exclusive gravity emblem, and body-coloured door handles. On the inside, the brand is offering an Indigo Pera colour scheme.
Kia Sonet Gravity Edition
The Sonet Gravity Edition is based on the HTK+ trim of the SUV and the prices start at Rs 10.50 lakh (ex-showroom) and go up to Rs 12 lakh (ex-showroom). For this price, the consumers get extra features like a dashcam, front door armrest, wireless charger, 60:40 split seats, rear adjustable headrests, and rear armrest with cup holders. Along with this, the brand is offering 16-inch alloy wheels with white brake callipers. The colour options for the SUV are Matte Graphite, Pearl White, and Aurora Black Pearl.
Powering the Sonet Gravity Edition is a 1.2-litre petrol with a manual gearbox. It also gets the option of a 1.0-litre turbo petrol paired to an iMT gearbox. Apart from these, the brand is also offering the 1.5-litre diesel engine with manual gearbox on the SUV.
Kia Carens Gravity Edition
The Kia Carens Gravity Edition is based on the Premium (O) trim and gets extra features like a single pane sunroof, dash cam, leatherette door-center trims, armrests, artificial black leather seats, LED map, and room lamps. To represent its unique identity, the brand has added a Gravity Emblem.
Powering the Carens Gravity Edition is a 1.5-litre petrol engine with a manual gearbox. It also gets the option of a 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine with an iMT. There is also a 1.5-litre diesel engine mated to a manual gearbox.
