CARS24 acquires automotive utility platform Vehicle Info

New Delhi: Global CARS24 has acquired automotive utility platform from Surat-based Vasundhara Infotech LLP for an undisclosed amount, according to a statement.

Vehicle Info enables users to access a range of vehicle-related services through a single digital platform.

The application allows vehicle owners to check registration details, view and pay traffic challans, verify insurance validity, track service history and access other essential vehicle information online.

The statement said that the Gurgaon-based used car marketplace looks to expand beyond vehicle transactions and build a full-stack digital platform for .

CARS24 co-founder and CEO Vikram Chopra stated that Vehicle Info will continue as a standalone app with its own team, while “work together on a shared vision: solving vehicle ownership, not just vehicle transactions”.
