Royal Enfield Announces Himalayan Base Camp Ladakh Edition

Royal Enfield has announced the Himalayan Base Camp Ladakh Edition, a three-day gathering in Leh, Ladakh, focused on adventure activities. The festival aims to bring together different groups, including riders, climbers, and outdoor enthusiasts. The event will be held from 4th to 6th September 2026, and registrations will begin on 1 May 2026 via the brand’s official website.

There will be skill-based workshops, expert-led sessions, and hands-on challenges, promising participants an immersive experience overall. The curated experiences and challenges will encompass motorcycling and overlanding, cycling, kayaking, bouldering, and mountaineering.

On the motorcycling side, there will be navigation and skill challenges. The navigation challenges will set riders off as a group with just a map, and they will have to find their way using the printed directions. The skill-based challenges will feature curated stages designed to test how well riders can handle their motorcycles in tricky situations.

We recently had a chance to try out both as part of the Royal Enfield Himalayan Spirit 2026, held in Pune. The experience was a memorable one, and it highlighted how good the Himalayan 450 is off-road.

Riders and thrill seekers will get to experience the breathtaking Himalayas at 11,480 feet, and go through the rite of passage for many, which is the ride to Ladakh. With this, Royal Enfield is also trying to get non-riders excited about motorcycling.
