Bikes and Scooters Launched in India in May 2026

May 2026 was an exciting month, with many launches and updates. We saw everything from a new Super Splendor to a Ducati that is priced at Rs. 1 crore. Here’s a compilation of all the bikes and scooters that were launched:

Royal Enfield Bullet 650

Royal Enfield launched the Bullet 650 in India at Rs. 3,64,865 (ex-showroom, Chennai). At this price point, the Bullet 650 is priced the same as the Classic 650’s base Vallam Red and Bruntingthorpe Blue colour schemes.

The bike shares most of its cycle parts in common with the Classic, but features a few styling cues taken from the Bullet 350.

Hero Super Splendor Xtec 2.0

Hero launched a new variant of the Super Splendor in India, called the Super Splendor Xtec 2.0. The bike is priced starting at Rs. 86,500 (ex-showroom), and it is currently available in two variants: Drum and Disc.

The bike is similar in terms of performance and features to the Super Splendor Xtec, but gets some cosmetic changes.

TVS iQube S 4.7kWh

The TVS iQube was updated with a new S variant, featuring a larger 4.7kWh battery pack. The addition of the larger battery pack has improved the e-scooter’s range, giving it a claimed IDC range of 175km. It is priced at Rs. 1.37 lakh (ex-showroom) and is available in two colours.

Honda NX500 E-Clutch

Honda has updated the NX500 in India, and it now comes with the brand’s E-Clutch technology. It allows riders to move off from a standstill and shift gears without using the clutch lever.

The system works using electronically controlled actuators inside the clutch case. However, with this update, the bike has become significantly more expensive than before.

Ducati Panigali V4 Lamborghini

Ducati released a limited production Panigali V4 Lamborghini in India at Rs. 1 crore (ex-showroom). The bike features a long list of bespoke parts inspired by the Lamborghini Revuelto.

The bike is limited to 630 units globally, and all the units allocated to India have been booked.

Updated Triumph Big Bike Lineup

Triumph was quite busy in May launching multiple updates for its big bike lineup. The brand launched the Tiger 900 Alpine and Desert Editions priced from Rs. 15.35 lakh. Both are aimed at riders looking for a more focused adventure bike without having to upgrade to the Triumph Tiger 1200 range.

Additionally, Triumph also launched the updated Bonneville T120 in India at Rs. 12.17 lakh. The bike has undergone several updates, including the addition of new features. Along with this, the 2026 Bonneville and Speedmaster were also launched in India, both getting changes including the addition of a larger fuel tank.

For streetfighter enthusiasts, Triumph launched the Street Triple 765 RX in India. It is priced at Rs. 13.91 lakh (ex-showroom), featuring clip-on handlebars and upgraded Ohlins suspension.

Lastly, Triumph also launched the Speed Twin 1200 Cafe Racer Edition. This motorcycle is priced at Rs. 17.99 lakh, which is around Rs. 1.21 lakh more expensive than the standard Speed Twin 1200 RS. The special edition features several visual enhancements that help distinguish it from the standard Speed Twin 1200 RS.

2026 QJMotor SRV 300

The QJMotor SRV 300 has undergone some cosmetic changes as part of the 2026 update. The bike is now available in two colours. The brand has also added a new dual-exhaust system and a revised digital instrument cluster.

However, the bike has become more expensive than before.
