The Citroen Aircross X measures 4,323 mm in length, 1,796 mm in width and 1,669 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,671 mm. The boot space of the five-seater variant is 444L, whereas the boot space of the seven-seater variant is 33L with all third-row seats up, 511L of the third-row seats removed and 839 L with the second-row seats folded.

The Citroen Aircross X boasts a suite of features which include deep brown leather upholstery, 60:40 second row split, a 10.24-inch floating infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, Bluetooth connectivity, multifunction steering wheel, automatic climate control, rear AC vents, front and rear windows, electrically adjustable ORVMs, electrochromic IRVM, rear defogger, wireless charger, and a 7-inch digital instrument cluster, among other features.
