The new Hero Karizma XMR has been launched in India at an introductory price of Rs 1.73 lakh (ex-showroom). The bike is powered by a new liquid-cooled, 210cc, single-cylinder engine that produces 25.5hp at 9,250rpm and 20.4Nm of torque at 7,250rpm. It is mated to a 6-speed gearbox.
The Karizma XMR gets a number of features that are not available on its predecessor, such as LED headlamps, LED taillights, a fully digital instrument cluster, and a USB charging port. It also gets disc brakes on both wheels.
The bike is available in three colors: black, red, and white. It will be available in dealerships across India starting today.
