This is a big shift for Ather, which until now has focused on premium electric scooters. With rivals like Electric and already offering budget-friendly models, the move helps Ather tap into a much larger audience. According to reports, the company may already have an affordable production model in the works, with a patented headlamp design pointing to something closer to production than concept.

Alongside the new platform, Ather will also showcase the next generation of its software suite — Ather Stack 7.0. While details are limited, the update is expected to bring improved functionality and new features that enhance the riding and ownership experience. That’s not all, a new fast charging system will also be revealed at the event, promising quicker charging times and better connectivity.
