will launch the much-awaited Classic 650 in India on March 27th. It will be the sixth from the brand after the Shotgun 650, Super Meteor 650, Interceptor 650, Continental GT 650, and Bear 650. Royal Enfield unveiled the new Classic 650 last year. In terms of design, it features retro aesthetics, similar to what we see on the Classic 350.

The Classic 650 gets the same 647cc, air/oil-cooled, parallel-twin engine that produces 46.4 hp and 52.3 Nm of peak torque. The engine pairs with a 6-speed gearbox and features a slip-and-assist clutch.

The Classic 650 shares its engine and underpinnings with the Shotgun 650. It has the same frame and uses an identical suspension setup. It has a single 320 mm disc brake at the front and a 300 mm single disc at the back. The Classic 650 will be equipped with dual-channel ABS.
