About Hyundai i20 N Line
Summary
The South Korean carmaker brought the N Line to India in September 2021. It is the sportier version of the standard new . Hyundai has made some changes to the thus there are subtle differences between the two models. This new hot hatch is available in four single-tone and two dual-tone paint alternatives.
Exterior
The i20 N line comes with a new grille that bears a chequered-flag pattern design. Hyundai has also redone the front bumper which now gets a red front splitter. Additionally, the side skirts feature red inserts as well. Apart from that, there is a new rear spoiler, twin exhaust pipe with exhaust sound tuning at the back, 16-inch alloy wheels and red brake callipers. The car also gets four disc brakes, revised suspension and paddle shifters.
Interior
Hyundai has also provided some N Line specific equipment in this i20 N Line model. The steering wheel and gear stick come with the N logo. Moreover, the black interior of the hatchback gets red inserts on the gear stick, air-con vents and even on the seats that are upholstered in artificial leather with a chequered-flag pattern. Besides that, it is a typical i20 cabin with an all-digital instrument cluster, a 10.25-inch infotainment touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto and a seven-speaker Bose sound system.
Engine and Transmission
The is powered by a 1.0-litre three-cylinder turbo petrol engine mated to either a six-speed iMT or a seven-speed DCT automatic transmission. It is capable of producing 118bhp that peaks at 6,000rpm and delivers 172Nm between 1,500 and 4,000rpm of torque.
