Exterior:
On the outside, the SUV features the signature seven-slat front grille, and sleek LED headlights with integrated LED DRLs. Then, the front bumper gets a black horizontal air intake in the middle, flanked by LED fog lamps. The Jeep Compass rides on 18-inch alloy wheels with a new five-spoke two-tone design.
Interior:
Inside, the dashboard is furnished with a 10.1-inch free-standing touchscreen infotainment unit. Other features include an all-digital 10.2-inch instrument cluster, power-adjustable front seats, ventilated seats, a wireless charger, a panoramic sunroof, and cruise control. It also gets a 360-degree surround camera, powered tailgate, and more.
Engine, performance, and specifications:
Under the hood, the Jeep Compass is powered by a 1.4-litre turbo petrol and a 2.0-litre diesel engine. These engines are now BS6 Phase 2 and RDE norms-compliant. The transmission duties are handled by a seven-speed DCT unit, a six-speed manual unit, and a nine-speed torque converter gearbox. Additionally, the 4×4 system is available with the diesel engine variant along with automatic transmission.
