The Kia Carens’ exterior features a modern and stylish design with a signature tiger-nose grille, sleek headlights, sporty alloy wheels, roof rails, and a rear spoiler.
Interior:
Kia Carens has a spacious and practical interior with comfortable seating for up to seven passengers. It features a modern and well-designed dashboard with a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, climate control, multi-function steering, and a digital driver display. It also gets a range of convenience features such as front-seat ventilation, an eight-speaker Bose sound system, 64 colours of ambient lighting, a wireless charger, and electronically-foldable middle-row seats for easier third-row access.
Engine, performance, and specifications:
Mechanically, Kia Carens is now available with BS6-compliant powertrains: a 1.5-litre petrol, a 1.5-litre turbo-petrol, and a 1.5-litre diesel mill. The 1.5-litre petrol engine produces 113bhp and 144Nm of torque. The 1.5-litre diesel motor generates 113bhp and 250Nm of peak torque. On the other hand, the newly introduced 1.5-turbo-petrol engine replaces the existing 1.4-litre turbo-petrol engine. It comes mated to an iMT and a seven-speed DCT gearbox.
