About Tata Curvv EV

Model launch date:

The Tata Curvv was launched in India on 7 August, 2024.

Variants:

The Curvv is broadly available in Creative, Accomplished, and Empowered+ variants across two battery packs.

Feature list:

On the outside, the Tata Curvv EV sports a split headlamp setup along with connected DRLs, LED fog lamps, 18-inch alloy wheels, flush-fitting door handles, and chunky, glossy black cladding along with the unique coupe body style.

The cabin of the Curvv EV comes equipped with a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system, panoramic sunroof, 10.2-inch digital instrument cluster, cooled front seats, wireless charger, four-spoke steering wheel with illuminated logo, reclining rear seats, and an auto-dimming IRVM.

On the safety front, the Curvv EV gets six airbags, tyre pressure monitor, rear disc brakes, 360-degree camera with blind spot monitor, front parking sensors, electronic parking brake with auto-hold, and Level 2 ADAS.

Battery, powertrain, and specifications:

The Curvv EV can be had in the 45 and 55 version. The former sources its power from a 44kWh battery pack, whereas the latter uses a 55kWh battery pack. The power output is tuned to produce 148bhp and 165bhp, respectively. Tata claims a driving range of 502km and 585km, respectively, for these variants. The Tata Curvv EV can sprint from zero to 100kmph in 8.6 seconds, whereas the top speed is capped at 160kmph.

The Tata Curvv EV has not been crash-tested by any NCAP body yet.
