The Karizma XMR forms the foundation for the limited-run CE001, but it distinguishes itself by the use of several new mechanical components. Furthermore, the manufacturer has implemented noticeable visual alterations to set it apart from others. In particular, it features a semi-fairing design reminiscent of the original Karizma model.

To emphasize its exclusivity, carbon fiber parts have been utilized by the manufacturer. An Akrapovic exhaust has also been employed to enhance the vehicle’s sound. The bike also gets a single-piece seat with a carbon fiber cowl and a number of badges representing the exclusive edition. Because of the use of all the lightweight material, the bike is lighter than the Karizma XMR and has a kerb weight of 158 kg.
