Currently, the Vida V1 e-scooter is only available for physical purchase in three Indian cities – Bangalore, Jaipur, and Delhi. And is soon getting introduced in Maharashtra, followed by other major touch points in Cochin, Chennai, Ahmedabad and Hyderabad. The V1 is currently priced from Rs. 1.45 lakh (ex-showroom) onwards in Bangalore.
Vida V1 electric scooter: Specifications
The Vida V1 e-scooter is available for purchase in two trims – Plus and Pro. The key differentiator between both the trims is the battery capacity and range. While the smaller ‘Plus’ trim gets a 3.44kWh battery with a 143 km range, the higher-spec ‘Pro’ trim gets a 3.94kWh battery with 165 km range (IDC), respectively.
In terms of performance, the zero to 40 kmph acceleration time for the Plus and the Pro variants stands at 3.4 seconds and 3.2 seconds. However, both the trims have a common ‘claimed’ top speed of 80 kmph and four riding modes including – Eco, Ride, Sport, and a custom User mode.

It is also one of the few e-scooters sold in the Indian market that come with swappable battery system. It is a direct rival to the likes of models such as the Ola S1 Pro, Ather 450X, Bajaj Chetak and TVS iQube.
While the smaller Plus is available for purchase in three colours – Matte White, Matte Sports Red, and Gloss Black. The bigger ‘Pro’ version can be opted in four trims – Matte White, Matte Sports Red, Gloss Black, and the additional Matte Abrax Orange.
