Volkswagen Tiguan R-Line: Suspensions
The Tiguan R-Line is a sportier version of the regular Tiguan with design upgrades and extra features. It is built on the MQB ‘evo’ platform and measures 4,539mm in length, 1,639mm in height, and 1,842mm in width. It is 30mm longer than before and has a wheelbase of 2,680mm. The SUV now follows VW’s new design language with a more rounded look compared to the previous boxy design. This helps improve aerodynamics, reducing the drag coefficient from 0.33 to 0.28 Cd. It also features IQ Light HD Matrix headlights with 38,400 multi-pixel LEDs.
Volkswagen Tiguan R-Line: Exterior
Other exterior updates include a thin LED strip connecting the headlights, larger air intakes, and a black panel in the center. The SUV also gets an R-Line front grille, dual-tone alloy wheels, and dual-tip exhausts for a sporty look.

Inside, the new Tiguan comes with a redesigned dashboard, featuring a 15.1-inch freestanding touchscreen and a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster. The gear selector is mounted on the steering column, and it also includes a HUD display. Key features include massaging and ventilated front seats, multi-zone climate control, ambient lighting, a panoramic sunroof, a rotary controller with an OLED screen, ADAS, Park Assist Pro, and remote parking.
Volkswagen Tiguan R-Line: Engine
Under the hood, the Tiguan R-Line gets a 2.0-litre, 4-cylinder turbo-petrol engine that produces 190 PS and 320 Nm of torque. It is paired with a 7-speed DSG gearbox that powers all four wheels.
