For 2025, Jeep India has decided to reintroduce the 4×4 drivetrain on the Limited (O) variant with the automatic gearbox of the Meridan SUV. The same was discontinued last year when Jeep introduced a minor facelift of the SUV. Previously, the 4×4 automatic drivetrain was only available on the Meridian Overland.

Jeep India said that the decision to reintroduce the 4×4 automatic drivetrain on the Meridian (O) was taken due to customer demand. For MY25, the Limited (O) 4×4 AT is priced at Rs 36.79 lakh (ex-showroom). Earlier, buyers had to pay Rs 38.79 lakh (ex-showroom) to get a 4×4 with an automatic transmission.
The 168 HP, 2.0-litre Turbo-Diesel Stays Untouched
The Meridian Limited (O) 4×4 AT has a 2.0-litre diesel engine that produces 168 hp and 350 Nm of peak torque. This engine is standard across the Meridian range.

Besides expanding the Meridian’s variant lineup, Jeep has also introduced an accessory package for the SUV. It adds aesthetic upgrades, such as hood decals, side body decals, and ‘Eyeliner’ on the headlights, and programmable ambient lighting.
