KTM 350 Range to be Launched in India this Month

  • To be sold alongside the 390 range
  • Likely to have a price difference of Rs. 50,000

KTM India is gearing up to introduce its new 350cc motorcycle range in the country later this month. The move comes as part of the brand’s strategy to capitalise on the lower 18 per cent GST slab, which applies to sub-350cc motorcycles.

The upcoming KTM 350 lineup is expected to play a crucial role for the Austrian bikemaker in India, especially from a pricing standpoint. By positioning these bikes under the 350cc threshold, KTM aims to make its offerings more accessible without significantly compromising on performance.

KTM is likely to adopt a two-pronged approach with this new range. While the 350cc motorcycles will cater to buyers seeking better value, the existing 390 lineup will continue to be on sale as the more performance-focused offerings.

In terms of pricing, the new 350 range is expected to sit at a noticeable gap below the 390 models. For reference, the KTM 390 Duke currently retails at Rs. 3.39 lakh, while the 390 Adventure X is priced at Rs. 3.43 lakh (both ex-showroom). The upcoming 350 motorcycles could be priced under Rs. 3 lakh, thereby undercutting the 390s by close to Rs. 50,000.

This pricing strategy could make the 350 range particularly attractive to buyers seeking KTM’s signature performance and styling at a more accessible price point. More details regarding specifications and exact launch timelines are expected to be revealed soon.
