Limited-Run Jeep Wrangler Willys’ 41 Edition Launched In India

Jeep India has launched the Wrangler Willys’ 41 Edition, a limited-run model of its 4×4 SUV. Only 30 units are being allocated for India. As the name suggests, the Willys’ 41 Edition pays homage to Jeep’s military roots. It features a unique exterior livery, a special colour, and a selection of accessories. Based on the top-spec Wrangler Rubicon, the Willys’ 41 Edition will be available in India at an ex-showroom price of Rs 73.24 lakh.

Jeep has given the Willys’ 41 Edition a unique “41 Green” paint scheme. The shade harkens back to the brand’s military roots and is similar to the one used on old-school army models. You’ll also see ‘1941’ decals on the hood. Other unique exterior bits include a roof rack and a ladder, which are available for an additional Rs 4.65 lakh. This special edition is also available in white, black, red, and grey.

Jeep Wrangler Willys’ 41 Edition: Interior

Exclusive interior bits on this limited-run Wrangler include new grab handles, all-weather floor mats, and dual dashcams. The rest of the cabin stays identical to the regular Jeep.

Under the hood, this limited-run Wrangler comes with the same engine as the standard Rubicon. This 2.0-litre, four-cylinder, turbo-petrol unit cranks out 270 hp and 400 Nm of peak torque. It is paired with an 8-speed automatic and sends power to all four wheels through Jeep’s highly capable 4×4 system.
