The Hero MotoCorp HF Deluxe is an entry-level, budget-friendly commuter motorcycle designed for high fuel efficiency, comfort, and dependability. First launched in 2015, it has received continuous updates over the years to comply with new emission regulations and customer demands. Notable updates include the BS6 transition in December 2019, a feature refresh in 2023, and the introduction of the Pro variant in 2025. It remains exceptionally popular across India, particularly in rural regions, due to its low ownership costs.

Performance and Mileage

Powering the commuter bike is a 97.2cc air-cooled, 4-stroke, single-cylinder, OHC BS6-compliant engine paired with a 4-speed manual transmission. The motor delivers 7.91bhp of power at 8000 rpm and 8.05Nm of torque at 6000 rpm. The HF Deluxe achieves high fuel efficiency with an ARAI-certified mileage ranging between 68 kmpl and 70 kmpl, while offering a top speed of up to 85 kph.

Ergonomics and Variants

The motorcycle is built for practical daily commuting with a seat height of 805mm and 165mm of ground clearance to manage uneven roads and speed breakers easily. It features a 9.6-litre fuel tank and has a kerb weight ranging from 110kg to 112kg depending on the chosen variant. The bike is currently sold in five distinct variants: All Black OBD2B, Kick Cast OBD2B, Self Cast OBD2B, I3S Cast OBD2B, and the top-tier HF Deluxe PRO.
