New Triumph 350 Series Bookings Open

New Triumph 350 Series Bookings Open

  • Select dealers are accepting bookings unofficially
  • Minimum refundable booking amount is Rs. 5,000
  • Engine downsizing-led performance drop expected to be minimal

The official launch of Triumph’s upcoming 350cc series is scheduled to take place on 6 April, 2026. With that being just around the corner, select Triumph dealers have already started taking unofficial bookings for these motorcycles. The refundable booking amount varies dealer-wise, and it starts from Rs. 5,000.

Initially, Triumph will launch 350cc iterations of the Speed, Scrambler, and Thruxton models. Now, whether the 400cc and 350cc will co-exist remains unclear, and the delta of price difference between the two corresponding models with varying displacements is not known as of now. If the guestimate of dealers is anything to go by, we might see a price reduction of Rs. 15,000-20,000, depending on the model.

The new 350 range will use a downsized version of the 398cc motor. We expect Triumph to reduce the engine bore size while keeping the stroke unchanged, which will help make the new engine feel more torque-rich. That said, we’ll soon experience the exact nature of the engine when we ride the bike.

Besides the downsized engine, the new Triumph 350 will retain its styling and hardware from the 400 range. We hope Triumph uses this opportunity to update the equipment list, as the existing range is devoid of features such as a TFT dash, ride modes, and a quick-shifter. These features have become increasingly common in the segment now. However, the chances of Triumph updating the features list look quite slim
