A test mule of the Royal Enfield Himalayan 750 has been spotted testing in Southern Europe. The prototype appears to be production-ready. These are the clearest images of the upcoming adventure tourer so far. They reveal interesting details about the motorcycle, such as its design, cycle parts, and engine.

The Himalayan 750 will get a new engine. It will be developed from Royal Enfield’s 650cc motor, which currently powers the Interceptor, Shotgun, and Continental. A higher capacity would mean more power and torque. The transmission will likely continue to be a 6-speed unit.
Royal Enfield Himalayan 750 To Get Dual-Disc Brakes
The test mule rides on spoked wheels, 19-inch at the front and 17-inch at the back. There are USD forks at the front and what appears to be a monoshock setup at the back. The Himalayan 750 will come with dual-disc brakes at the front. This setup will likely carry over to the next-gen models of the Interceptor and Continental.

The design of the test mule evolves from the Himalayan 450. A new fairing replaces the jerry-can holders on either side. There is a tall windscreen and what appears to be a new, bigger TFT display. A silver bash plate lends a rugged look to the motorcycle. The Himalayan 750 will come with all LED lighting.
