Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 Apex: What’s New?

Royal Enfield has launched the 2026 Guerrilla 450 and introduced a new Apex variant of the motorcycle. This version gets more changes than the standard trim, and they are aimed at making it more suitable for spirited riding around twisties. To elaborate on that, let’s list down what exactly is new on the Apex.

New Tyres

The Apex variant comes equipped with new Vredestein Centauro tyres, unlike the CEAT Gripp XLs on the standard model. Royal Enfield says they have these in collaboration with Apollo specifically for the Guerrilla, and they are meant to deliver a strong grip and feel while putting the bike through its paces around a track or mountain twisties.

New Handlebar

Royal Enfield has equipped with the Guerrilla 450 Apex with a new aluminium handlebar, which is not just lighter than the steel unit on the standard trim, but also designed and positioned slightly differently. This bar offers a slightly different riding triangle than the standard version and puts the rider in a more committed and involving position to, again, facilitate aggressive riding.

More Focused Look

The front cowl and pillion seat cowl you see on the bike in these pictures come as standard to give the bike a more focused, rider-oriented look. These also help it distinguish itself from the standard Dash and Flash variants. Notably, the pillion seat cowl can be easily removed with the help of just an Allen key.

New Colours

Royal Enfield has introduced the Guerrilla 450 Apex in three shades which are fresh and do not resemble any of the paint schemes of the standard model. The Apex Red is a single-tone shade, while the Apex Green and Apex Black come with a dual-tone finish.
