Skoda Kodiaq India Launch Date Confirmed; Will Be Available In Two Variants

Skoda will launch the Kodiaq SUV in India on April 17th. The new-gen version of the Czech brand’s flagship SUV will be available in Laurin & Klement and Sportline. Like the previous version, the new Kodiaq will also be locally assembled in India. Ahead of the launch, Skoda has revealed the specifications of the Kodiaq.

Both variants of the new Kodiaq will be available with a 2.0-litre turbo-petrol engine that churns out 201 hp and 320 Nm of peak torque. Power will go to all four wheels through a full-time all-wheel-drive system. The engine will be paired with a 7-speed DSG gearbox.

2025 Skoda Kodiaq: Features

The feature list of the Kodiaq will vary depending on which variant you pick. Standard features include a 2-spoke steering wheel, a 10-inch digital instrument cluster, a 13-inch central touchscreen, three-zone automatic climate control, ventilated front seats, a panoramic sunroof, and a 360-degree surround-view camera.

We expect the prices of the Skoda Kodiaq to start above Rs 35 lakh. Other SUVs that fall in this price bracket include the Toyota Fortuner, MG Golster, and Isuzu MU-7.
