Introduced at a starting price of Rs 14.70 lakh (ex-showroom), the most expensive variant of the vehicle will be sold at Rs 17.40 lakh (ex-showroom) in India. This version of the SUV is a sporty version of the SUV on sale in the country and comes with aesthetic upgrades to represent the same. Furthermore, to increase the SUV’s appeal to consumers, the brand is offering multiple changes to the inside as well.

The latest Sportline version of the SUV is based on the mid-spec Signature trim and gets black highlights on various parts. This engine is mated to either a 6-speed manual gearbox or a 6-speed torque converter automatic gearbox. The brand is also offering a 1.5-litre TSI petrol engine which kicks out 150 hp of power and 250 Nm of peak torque which works with a 7-speed DSG.

The Skoda Kushaq competes against models like Hyundai Creta, Volkswagen Taigun, Kia Seltos, Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder, and others in the same segment.
