​SUVs Contributed To 68.5% Of This Carmaker’s India Sales In FY25

In the financial year 2024-25, every two out of three vehicles sold by Hyundai in India was an SUV. SUVs accounted for 68.5% of the Korean automaker’s sales in India in this period. This marks an increase of 5.3% over the last financial year, when 63.2% of Hyundai’s sales accounted for SUVs. Interestingly, 53.2% of vehicles sold by the brand were equipped with a sunroof. The current lineup of SUVs in Hyundai’s portfolio in India includes the Ioniq 5, Tucson, Alcazar, Creta, and Venue.
