Suzuki Turns This Hatchback Into A Baby Jimny With 4×4 Hardware

Suzuki Netherlands has revealed a one-off Swift, which features the same AllGrip 4×4 hardware as the Jimny. It comes with a taller suspension and off-road looks. It’s called the Swift AllGrip FX, where F stands for “Fun” and the X for “eXplorer.” The Swift equipped with the all-terrain hardware is a concept, and Suzuki will not put it into production.

Suzuki has the Swift AllGrip on sale in European countries. It comes with the brand’s all-wheel drive system. The one-off made in the Netherlands brings in additional hardware into the picture. It features new 195/55 all-terrain tyres and an additional 32 mm of ground clearance compared to the standard Swift AllGrip.

In addition, there are new black alloy wheels, black Suzuki badging, a roof rack, black-our wheel arches, a front light bar, and a rubber guard for the rear bumper. Interior updates include rubber floor mats, ‘AllGrip’ emblems on the seats, a cooler, and a storage box.

Under the hood, the 1.2-litre, three-cylinder petrol engine stays untouched. It pairs with a 12-volt mild-hybrid tech and produces 81 hp and 112 Nm of peak torque. On offer is a 5-speed manual gearbox.
