Tata Motors Launches Dark Edition Of This Coupe To Compete With Limited Edition Citroen Basalt: Here’s What’s New

Days after Citroen introduced the limited-run Dark Edition of the Basalt, Tata Motors has launched a similar special edition for the Curvv coupe. Prices start from Rs 16.49 lakh and go up to Rs 19.52 lakh (ex-showroom). The Curvv.ev Dark Edition is priced at Rs 22.24 lakh (ex-showroom). Like other Dark Editions from the homegrown automaker, this one also comes with unique exterior and interior bits that separate it from the standard version of the Curvv. The Dark Edition will be available on the Curvv and Curvv.ev.

Since this is the special edition, all the changes are aesthetic. The Dark Editon adds a new Carbon Black shade along with an all-black treatment. This includes blacked-out front and rear bumpers, front grille, and 18-inch alloy wheels. The ‘Curvv’ badging has also been blacked out, and there is a ‘Dark Edition’ badging on the fenders.

The cabin of the Curvv Dark Edition also gets a special treatment. The dashboard, door panels, and upholstery have been blacked out. Since this special edition is based on the Accomplished trim, it comes with plenty of features. The list includes a panoramic sunroof, ventilated front seats, a 12.3-inch touchscreen, and reclining rear seats.
