TVS Jupiter 125 DT SCX Launched In India; Rivals The Updated Honda Activa 125

To make the Jupiter 125 stand as a more lucrative alternative to the recently updated Honda Activa 125, TVS has now introduced it with a new mid-spec variant. Called the Dual-Tone SXC, it sits above the existing mid-spec Disc variant of the scooter and costs Rs 88,942 (ex-showroom). This move expands the Jupiter 125 lineup to four variants, with ex-showroom prices starting from Rs 80,740 for the base drum-alloy and going up to Rs 92,001 for the SmartXconnect.

What’s New On The ?

TVS has made no changes to the design. The only visual difference between the new variant and the existing ones is the introduction of two dual-tone colour schemes. These are Ivory Brown and Ivory Grey. Besides these two new shades, Jupiter 125’s new variant comes with a new colour LCD dashboard that offers Bluetooth connectivity, allowing features such as turn-by-turn navigation. Mind you, this unit is different from the SmartxConnect display available on the top-end Jupiter 125.
