Yamaha Aerox 155 and Aerox 155 Version S Prices Hiked

Yamaha has increased the prices of the Aerox 155 and the Aerox 155 Version S in India by Rs. 620. The price hike is likely due to the beginning of the new financial year, and this modest increase is unlikely to impact buying decisions. Here’s a detailed breakdown of the new prices:

Apart from the price hike, there are no mechanical changes. Both continue to be powered by the same 155cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine with VVA producing 14.7bhp and 13.9Nm.

The Aerox 155 gets a simple, negative LCD console, with smartphone connectivity for call/SMS/email alerts. The scooter also gets a traction control system, which we feel is a bit unnecessary for a 155cc scooter. The Aerox 155 Version S also gets the traction control system. But it features a smart key for keyless ignition, which is quite convenient.
