GIVI Stealth has the Cleanest Design for Motorcycle Luggage Yet

GIVI has introduced the new Stealth retractable holder system for soft side bags that aims to solve a very familiar issue for riders. Most luggage mounts do the functional part well enough, but they often leave visible frames or brackets behind when the bags are removed. Stealth holder has been designed to keep the motorcycle’s original lines unchanged when the bags are not fitted making this packaging solution much more streamlined for riders who care about how their bike looks in day-to-day use.

The user simply presses the release button and lowers the support arm after which the bike is ready to accept the side bag. Structure folds away when not needed helping the motorcycle return to a cleaner appearance. The quick-change setup can shift a bike from regular everyday trim to travel-ready form in seconds. This will be excellent for riders who use their motorcycle through the week but occasionally need extra carrying capacity for short trips.

Stealth mount is made from glass fibre reinforced technopolymer and includes an anodised aluminium insert. That mix has been chosen to balance strength, low weight and durability. The bag release system uses a double-button arrangement to reduce the chance of accidental operation while the snap-fit system is meant to secure the bag quickly and hold it stable while riding.

Developed around GIVI’s EASY12 side bags, Stealth is available in left and right versions. The company also offers the ZR227 lock key kit as an optional accessory that can be installed without dismantling the bag. Maximum load is rated at 3kg per side. This is not intended to replace large touring panniers, but is more suited to light travel, daily essentials or short-distance weekend use.

That target list is quite broad. GIVI says the Stealth system is currently available for loads of motorcycles including the Honda CB650R, Honda CBR650R, Honda CB750 Hornet, Honda X-ADV 750, Honda CB1000 Hornet, Kawasaki Z900, KTM 390 Duke, Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 and Yamaha MT-09.
