TVS Ntorq 150 Long-Term Review: Introduction

Introduction

After spending most of the year riding a motorcycle, I started missing the practicality of my old scooter. Sure, my Yamaha MT-15 is faster and a lot more fun, but now that I spend most of my time commuting to the office, the fun factor alone wasn’t enough to meet my requirements.

This was made even clearer when I was reviewing the TVS Orbiter a few months ago. I loved how the Orbiter could easily fit everything I needed for the day on the scooter. My office bag could easily be stowed on the floorboard, and my gym bag in the underseat storage. With that, I was basically ready for the day, and it saved me an extra trip home to pick up my gym gear.

However, there was one major issue that I couldn’t overlook. This was the lack of performance. I tend to ride through highway stretches a lot, and the Orbiter couldn’t help me there. But more than all this, what I missed was the feeling of having an internal combustion engine beneath.
