Honda Vario 125 Updated with New Colours Abroad

The 2026 Honda Vario 125 has been launched in Malaysia, and it features an updated design and new colours. The 2026 Vario 125 features an updated fascia with a sharper look, distinguishing it from the 2025 model.

The 2026 update also adds three new colours to the palette: Green, Magenta, and Matte Black. The new colours feature sporty graphics that give the scooter a youthful appearance.

Of the three shades, Magenta stands out the most and is the boldest. The Matte Black, on the other hand, is a simple and understated shade. The Green colour is a middle ground between the two, and the grey and red graphics fit well with the overall finish.

The Vario 125 is priced at RM7,268, equivalent to approximately Rs. 1.65 lakh at current exchange rates. The scooter remains mechanically unchanged and continues to be powered by the same 124.9cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine producing 11.5bhp and 11.74Nm.

The new shades look quite good and suit the scooter’s sporty character. However, it is unlikely to be launched in India. That said, Honda can consider the scooter for the Indian market, as it would make a good alternative to the TVS Ntorq 125 and the Hero Xoom 125R.
