2026 Ducati Multistrada V4 Rally Launched at Rs. 32.40 Lakh

  • Pricing starts at Rs. 32.40 lakh, Jade Green colour at Rs. 32.73 lakh
  • Bigger 30-litre tank, 200mm suspension travel

The 2026 Ducati Multistrada V4 Rally arrives for the Indian market with prices starting at Rs. 32.40 lakh for Red and Rs. 32.73 lakh for Jade Green. Why did we not get the Ducati Yellow is still a mystery to us! All mentioned prices are ex-showroom India and is now available across Ducati dealerships in the country sitting above the regular Multistrada V4 range as the more travel-focused and rough-road-ready version. The biggest physical difference is the 30-litre fuel tank further extending range for touring. That earlier V4 came with a smaller 22-litre tank and also shorter suspension travel.

That WSBK derived 1,158cc V4 Granturismo engine delivers 168bhp at 10,750rpm and 124Nm at 9,000rpm. The engine uses a counter-rotating crankshaft and has been tuned for a linear torque curve, and a wondrous exhaust note. Ducati has also kept the long-service promise that makes the V4 Granturismo engine more suitable for touring. The valve clearance check interval is 60,000km, while the oil service interval is 15,000km or 24 months.

Biggest chassis gain over the regular Multistrada V4 is suspension travel with the 2026 Rally gets 200mm of travel at both ends managed by semi-active Marzocchi Adaptive Ducati Skyhook Suspension EVO. Regular Multistrada V4 and V4 S use shorter travel with 170mm at the front and 180mm at the rear. That gives the Rally advantage on poor roads, broken highways, gravel routes and mountain stretches where extra suspension movement helps.

The suspension system is also smarter than before with the Adaptive DSS EVO able to read the route and the rider’s style, and then adjust damping to balance comfort and control. It also retains automatic preload management which helps maintain the correct setup when the bike is carrying a rider, pillion, and luggage. The rider can also alter suspension response on the move separate from the selected riding mode.

The 2026 Multistrada V4 Rally also gets the Ducati Vehicle Observer algorithm. This system estimates the motorcycle’s position and mass more accurately, simulating the input of 70 sensors along with the data from the inertial platform. This helps refine ABS Cornering and Ducati Wheelie Control. Braking has also been updated with the 2026 Rally gets a larger 280mm rear disc and an Electronic Combined Braking System that now works in both directions. It can apply the rear brake when the rider uses only the front lever and can also apply the front brake when the rider uses only the rear pedal.

It retains the radar system with Adaptive Cruise Control, Blind Spot Detection and a new Forward Collision Warning. The last of these alerts the rider of a possible frontal impact through a pop-up on the dashboard. There is an Automatic Lowering Device which lowers the motorcycle when speed drops below 10kmph, making it easier for the rider to reach the ground. It then returns the bike to normal height above 50kmph on road or 20kmph off-road.

The windscreen is 40mm wider and 20mm taller than the standard Multistrada V4. Ducati has also worked on the pannier mounts to give the passenger more legroom. The centre stand is standard and has been redesigned to make lifting the motorcycle easier. Heated grips are also standard and can be adjusted through five temperature levels. 2026 Rally uses tubeless spoked wheels as standard with a 19-inch front and 17-inch rear setup. These wheels are paired with Pirelli Scorpion Trail II tyres and tyre pressure monitoring. Compared to the cast-wheel setup on the regular Multistrada V4.
