Kawasaki Versys X-300 gets Rs 10,000 discount; free panniers and center stand

The Kawasaki Versys X-300 is being offered at a discount of Rs 10,000. This brings the ex-showroom cost of the bike down to Rs 3.39 lakh. In addition to the discount, Kawasaki is also offering hard-case panniers and a center stand, amounting to Rs 46,000, for free. The deal is valid till the end of July 2026.

Kawasaki seems to be pushing hard to make the Versys X-300 attractive to buyers. At Rs 3.39 lakh, and with the free accessories, it comes across as a pretty good deal. For this money, you get a well-built, Japanese motorcycle that’s powered by a 296cc, liquid-cooled, parallel-twin engine that makes 38.8bhp and 26Nm.

This engine is known for its refinement and offers decent performance as well. It is also a pretty comfortable motorcycle for those long highway tours. That said, one can get away from the fact that the X-300 is a pretty old motorcycle. In comparison to competition like the KTM 390 Adventure and the TVS Apache RTX, it pales when it comes to features and technology.

That said, it is a tried and tested motorcycle and scores high on reliability. However, the service cost of a Kawasaki in comparison to a similarly priced KTM or TVS is also something that needs to be considered before buying the bike.
