The Karizma XMR 250 was first showcased at EICMA 2024 before making its India debut at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025. Now, with the motorcycle reaching dealerships, its market launch seems to be just around the corner.

The spy images reveal the black and red livery of the bike, which looks rather sporty with its sharp and chiselled bodywork. Overall, the styling is considerably more aggressive than the existing Karizma XMR 210. The bike features upside-down front forks and a rear monoshock. It rides on 17-inch alloy wheels, while the braking hardware includes disc brakes at both ends with dual-channel ABS. It also gets a TFT instrument cluster.

Powering the Hero Karizma XMR 250 will be a 249cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine, which is shared with the Xtreme 250R. It develops 30bhp and 25Nm of peak torque and comes mated to a six-speed gearbox. Once launched, the Karizma XMR 250 will sit above the XMR 210 and rival the Suzuki Gixxer SF 250, KTM RC 200, and the upcoming Yamaha R2.
