It has come to light that Kiara Advani, the renowned actress, has recently acquired a new luxury sedan, the Mercedes-Benz Maybach S580. Kiara was recently seen driving around in her new car in Mumbai, and people have been sharing pictures and videos on social media.
Last year, Mercedes-Benz launched the latest generation of Maybachs in the country. The Maybach S580 is special as it is manufactured at Mercedes-Benz’s Pune plant and holds the ‘Made-in India’ tag.
The new Maybach S-Class takes inspiration from the long-wheelbase variant of the W223 S-Class. Its exterior features include a distinctive Maybach grille, stylish chrome vents on the bumper, and specially designed alloy wheels.
The S580 has a 4.0-litre, twin-turbo V8 engine and a mild hybrid system. The engine produces 496bhp and 700Nm of peak torque. This luxury sedan comes with a 9-speed automatic transmission.
Inside, the Maybach has a 12.3-inch infotainment system, a 12.8-inch digital instrument cluster, and tablets for the rear-seat passengers. The sedan also offers additional features like wireless headsets, folding tables, reclining seats, and a 10-litre refrigerator.
Mercedes-Benz Maybach S580 also has features that can enhance driving, such as air suspension system, rear-wheel steering, heads-up display, and a host of active and passive safety systems as standard.
The luxury limousine is available in two variants – the locally produced S580 and the CBU unit S680. These are priced at Rs 2.69 crore and Rs 3.20 crore (ex-showroom, Delhi).
Maybachs are no stranger to Bollywood; several prominent stars are avid fans of this German limousine, and Kiara’s latest purchase confirms the same. The S580 will undoubtedly add glamour and class to her garage, which already houses an Audi A8L and Range Rover Vogue.
