Toyota has launched the Land Cruiser 300 in India. The full-sized SUV will be imported from Japan and sold in India as a CBU. Two grades will be available: ZX and GR-S. Prices start from Rs 2.31 crore for the ZX and go up to Rs 2.41 crore (ex-showroom) for the GR-S. Toyota has opened the bookings for the new Land Cruiser 300 in India but hasn’t shared a delivery timeline yet.

Both grades will be available with a twin-turbocharged V6 diesel engine. It produces 304 hp and 700 Nm of peak torque. A 10-speed automatic gearbox is also available. The Land Cruiser 300 comes standard with a full-time 4WD system and Toyota’s multi-terrain select and multi-terrain monitor systems. The GR-S grade adds goodies like off-road-tuned suspension and differential locks.

The Land Cruiser 300 features impressive exterior elements such as LED headlamps with auto-levelling and washers, rear LED combi lamps, and sequential turn indicators for improved safety. It also includes fog lamps, powered and heated outside mirrors with anti-glare features and puddle lamps, illuminated side steps, a sunroof with jam protection, roof rails for added utility, and a premium glossy body coating.

Inside, the Land Cruiser 300 prioritizes comfort with smooth leather upholstery, ventilated and heated front and rear seats, an electronic parking brake, and a large cool box. The rear seats can split in a 40:20:40 format and recline, with five drive modes.

Additional features include front and rear defoggers, adjustable headrests, a convertible rear armrest with a cup holder, a start/stop button, and eight-way power-adjustable front seats with lumbar support. A head-up display and wireless charger enhance convenience, along with a power back door featuring a kick sensor.
