Owning a new car is a memorable and joyful moment for many, and some vehicle users go the extra mile to make their new car unique and special by registering their vehicle under a fancy number and modifying it.
One such car owner in Rajasthan has just done that to his new Mahindra Scorpio N by spending Rs 6 lakh for a registration number. On top of that, he has also made some modifications to the SUV to make it stand out in the crowd.
The video of this modified Mahindra Scorpio N SUV with fancy registration number was uploaded to YouTube by Tarun Vlogs3445. In his vlog, the owner of the Mahindra Scorpio N claims that he has spent Rs 6 lakh for the fancy registration number.
The fancy registration number acquired by the owner of the Scorpio N is an old registration number “RSY 0017”, which is quite different from the standard registration numbers currently available for vehicles across the country.
Speaking about the modifications on the Mahindra Scorpio N in question, the SUV now sports bigger 20-inch aftermarket alloy wheels, tinted windows, upgraded headlights and a more premium dual-tone interior.
That being said, according to the presenter in the video, this modified Mahindra Scorpio N SUV is a petrol variant in the Z4 trim level. On top of that, it is equipped with a 6-speed automatic transmission.
It is also worth mentioning that the 2.0-litre, turbocharged, 4 cylinder petrol engine in the Mahindra Scorpio N SUV puts out 200bhp of peak power and 370Nm of peak torque.
At present, the petrol-powered Mahindra Scorpio N SUV in Z4 trim level is priced at Rs 14.65 lakh (ex-showroom, India). However, the variant equipped with the automatic transmission costs Rs 16.61 lakh (ex-showroom, India).
The bigger 20-inch alloy wheels have completely transformed the stance of the Mahindra Scorpio N SUV in question. However, it is the older format registration number that really helps the SUV stand out.
