MG Windsor Exclusive Pro Launched In India: Here’s Everything You Need To Know About It

MG Motors has launched a new Exclusive Pro variant of the Windsor EV in India. It is priced at Rs 17.24 lakh (ex-showroom). You can also buy it for Rs 12.24 lakh with MG’s BaaS scheme and then pay Rs 4.5/km for the battery. The Exclusive Pro sits below the range-topping Essence Pro variant of the Windsor, which retails at an ex-showroom price of Rs 18.09 lakh.

MG Motors launched the Windsor Pro at an introductory price of Rs 17.49 lakh, which was later raised after the first 8,000 bookings. The new Exclusive variant makes owning the Windsor with the bigger battery pack more affordable. Featuring the 52.9 kWh battery pack, the same as the Essence Pro, it promises a range of 449 km on one charge. In comparison, the 38 kWh battery pack of the Windsor can go 332 km.

Since Windsor’s new Exclusive Pro variant sits below the Essence Pro, its equipment list is slightly shorter. However, it is still what you’d call ‘feature-rich.’ There is a 15.6-inch infotainment screen, a panoramic glass roof, wireless charging, ventilated front seats, an electrically adjustable driver’s seat, and a 9-speaker sound system.
