Nissan India has introduced a limited-period festive promotional campaign providing complimentary CNG retrofitment kits on specific variants of the Magnite sub-compact SUV and the Gravite sub-4m MPV. This seasonal promotion remains active until 16 November 2026. The government-approved equipment carries a third-party warranty of three years or 1,00,000 kilometres, whichever occurs earlier, in addition to the standard vehicle warranty. Following the conclusion of this promotional period, these additions will return to their standard retail pricing.
Variant Eligibility and Pricing Structure
For the Nissan Gravite, the promotion is restricted to the Tekna trim. Meanwhile, Magnite buyers can claim the promotion on all non-turbo versions, excluding the Visia MT, Visia AMT or Visia EZ-SHIFT, and Visia+ MT models. Without the festive promotion, standard kit pricing and specifications differ between the two vehicles, featuring distinct cylinder layouts to accommodate boot space or seating utility.
The Renault Triber-based Nissan Gravite utilizes a twin-cylinder setup divided into two 25-litre tanks to preserve three-row seating functionality, producing 71bhp and 96Nm in both petrol and CNG modes. The Renault Triber, upon which the Gravite is based, now features a turbocharged version, indicating that the Gravite may transition to a new platform to adopt a turbo option in the future. The Magnite utilizes a single-cylinder configuration positioned within the boot area.
