Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 x Rough Crafts limited edition launched at Rs 5.75 lakh

Royal Enfield has announced a limited-edition version of the Shotgun 650, developed in collaboration with renowned custom motorcycle builder Rough Crafts. Priced at Rs. 5.75 lakh (ex-showroom), the motorcycle will be limited to just 100 numbered units worldwide, with only 25 motorcycles allocated for India.

The motorcycle draws inspiration from the one-off ‘Caliber Royale’ custom, which was first showcased at EICMA 2025 before making an appearance at Motoverse 2025.

Registrations for the limited edition are now open globally through the Royal Enfield App and the website, while the India drop is scheduled for 30 July at 7pm IST. The first 25 customers in each region will secure the motorcycle.

Visually, the Shotgun 650 x Rough Crafts features a Gloss Jet Black and Matt Stealth Black paint scheme with hand-finished gold leaf detailing and subtle grey accents. It also gets a cast brass collaboration badge, limited-edition numbering on the fuel tank, black bar-end mirrors, quilted leather seat, contrast-cut alloy wheels, and gold-finished fork tubes. The execution is lovely and makes the bike stand out.

Buyers will also receive a numbered artwork of the Caliber Royale sketch, signed by Rough Crafts founder Winston Yeh.

Mechanically, the motorcycle remains unchanged and continues to use the same 648cc, parallel-twin engine as the standard Shotgun 650. It sounds markedly different from the other bikes in the Royal Enfield 650cc bike line-up.

The limited edition Shotgun 650 is aimed at collectors and enthusiasts looking for a factory-built custom-inspired version of the motorcycle. While the price is steep, considering the top-spec Shotgun 650 is priced at Rs 4.16 lakh, ex-showroom; the extra money not only gets you a beautiful motorcycle but also the exclusivity by virtue of it being limited edition.
