Skoda India Discontinues First-Gen Kodiaq Ahead of Second-Gen Launch

Auto India has removed the first-generation Kodiaq from its official website, signaling that the model has been discontinued in the local market. This move comes ahead of the launch of the second-generation Kodiaq, which is expected in the coming months. The new-generation SUV was unveiled in October 2024, and has already been spotted testing on Indian roads without any camouflage.

The updated Kodiaq features a refreshed design and an enhanced list of features, details of which are available on our website. Under the hood, the 2025 Kodiaq will be powered by a 2.0-litre, four-cylinder TSI petrol engine, mated to a seven-speed DSG automatic transmission. The power output, currently at 187bhp, is expected to be increased to 200bhp, while the torque figure of 320Nm is likely to remain the same.
