Tata’s 5-Star Safety Rated Car To Get A Facelift On 21st May

is set to unveil the facelifted version of the hatchback, along with its pricing, on 21 May 2025. This refreshed iteration of the premium hatchback will feature a comprehensive exterior revamp and significant interior enhancements, in alignment with ’s evolving design philosophy.

On the outside, the Altroz facelift is expected to receive a host of visual updates that will enhance its premium appeal. These include a redesigned front fascia featuring a reworked grille, sleeker LED headlamps with repositioned daytime running lights (DRLs), new alloy wheel designs, and a reimagined rear profile. The changes aim to lend the hatchback a more contemporary and aggressive stance, in line with the brand’s newer models.

2025 : Expected UpdatesThe cabin of the Altroz will undergo a major overhaul. At the centre of the interior upgrades will be Tata’s new signature two-spoke steering wheel, now featuring an illuminated Tata logo. The infotainment system will see a considerable upgrade with a larger touchscreen display and a refreshed user interface. Additional updates will include a revised dashboard layout, updated air-conditioning and HVAC control panels, and a redesigned centre console.

In terms of features, the Altroz facelift is expected to offer several new additions to improve convenience and comfort. Highlights may include electrically adjustable driver seats, ventilated front seats, a 360-degree camera system, an electric sunroof, updated seat upholstery, an auto-dimming rearview mirror (IRVM), and wireless smartphone integration via Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.

2025 Tata Altroz: Engine Updates?

Mechanically, the Altroz facelift is likely to retain its current engine options. These include a 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine, a 1.2-litre turbocharged petrol engine, and a 1.5-litre diesel engine. Additionally, the naturally aspirated petrol variant will continue to be available with the factory-fitted twin-cylinder CNG kit, enhancing its appeal for eco-conscious buyers seeking fuel efficiency without compromising on practicality.

With these upgrades, Tata Motors aims to strengthen the Altroz’s position in the competitive premium hatchback segment.
