Maruti Suzuki Fronx: February 2025 Sales
Last month, Maruti Suzuki sold 21,461 units of the Fronx. In the same month last year, it sold 14,168 units of the crossover. That’s a YoY increase of 51%. Some of these numbers may also constitute exports. The second highest-selling car in India last month was also a Maruti. It was the Wagon R, with 19,879 units. The third spot was taken up by the Creta, with 16,317 units; the fourth by the Maruti Swift, with 16,269 units; and the fifth by the Maruti Baleno, with 15,480 units.
Maruti Suzuki Fronx: Engine Specifications
Part of Fronx’s popularity is the wide array of engine options on offer. You can either pick a 1.2-litre, dual-jet, four-cylinder petrol engine that makes 88.50 hp or a 1.0-litre, three-cylinder turbo-petrol engine that makes 98.69 hp. Transmission options for the non-turbo engine include a 5-speed manual and 5-speed AMT, while the turbo-petrol gets the 5 MT and a 6-speed automatic.
Maruti Suzuki Fronx: Prices
The front is available in four grades: Sigma, Delta, Zeta, and Alpha. These are distributed over 14 variants, including the CNG models. Prices start from Rs 7.52 lakh to Rs 12.88 lakh (ex-showroom).
