TVS Apache Racing Experience GP Championship: A Chance To Go Pro

TVS Racing has announced their first TVS Apache Racing Experience (ARE) GP Championship for the owners of TVS Apache models to give them a chance of racing. Also, by doing this, TVS gets a chance to demonstrate the racing DNA that their Apaches have.

TVS Racing are the hosts of the One Make Championship in India and have always been on the lookout for talent and providing them with the necessary development practices to grow in the field.

The TVS Apache Racing Experience GP Championship is an extension of the TVS ARE that started in 2007. It allows Apache riders to experience the potential of their bikes with the official TVS riders and instructors’ help and guidance.

The riders will be divided into three categories: Category 1 which includes the Apache RTR 160 and RTR 180 owners, Category 2 which includes the Apache RTR 200 4V owners, and Category 3 which includes the Apache RR 310 owners.

The first set of rounds are going to be hosted on July 15th at Vadodara and July 16th at Surat and Hyderabad while the rounds following that are yet to be announced by TVS.

These experiences will include a full day training, theory & practical track sessions from Aishwarya Pissay, the FIM Baja Rally World Cup winner; Jagan Kumar, a 10-time National Champion; Vorapong Malahuan, the 2022 TVS One Make Championship winner; and KY Ahmed, a competitor in the One Make Championship.

For the final round set to be hosted in January 2024, one winner from each city will get selected to compete. The competitors who are selected to race in the final round will get to experience the sheer power and unmatchable ergonomics of the TVS Apache RTR 200 & RR310 race spec bikes.

The winner of the TVS Apache Racing Experience GP Championship will get an all-expense paid trip to watch the MotoGP rounds in Malaysia, a wild card entry to 2 rounds of the TVS OMC RR310 Championship, and exclusive PETRONAS TVS Racing Merchandise.

TVS Racing have trained, improved the skills and given the opportunity to over 3,000 passionate racers to show their talent in the One Make Championship Since 1994. Now, the One Make Championship has 4 categories in India: Rookie class, Women’s class, Media class, and Expert class. In 2022, they went international, with the first TVS Asia One Make Championship.
