Ultraviolette Shockwave Introductory Prices Extended; Receives 1000 bookings In 24 Hours

Ultraviolette Automotive has announced on its social media that it is extending the introductory price benefit on its recently introduced Shockwave e-enduro bike. The electric off-road motorcycle was launched in India last week at a price of Rs 1.75 lakh (ex-showroom). However, the homegrown automaker announced that for the first 1,000 customers, the Shockwave will retail for an introductory price of Rs 1.49 lakh.

Ultraviolette crossed the 1,000 booking threshold within 24 hours of opening the Shockwave bookings. Due to the enthusiastic response, the brand has announced that it will also extend the introductory price benefit to the next 1,000 customers. Customers can book the Shockwave through Ultraviolette dealerships or visit the EV-maker’s official website. Deliveries of this electric off-road enduro motorcycle are scheduled for the first quarter of 2026.

The Shockwave is India’s first electric off-road motorcycle. It is available with a 4 kWh battery pack that promises an IDC range of 165 km on one charge. It is equipped with a 14.5 Bhp electric motor that can push it to a top speed of 505 Nm. The Shockwave comes with switchable dual-channel ABS, six levels of regenerative braking, and four traction control modes.
