2026 Suzuki GSX-8R gets a New Orange Shade in UK

• UK-spec GSX-8R in Glass Blaze Orange
• India’s GSX-8R currently comes in blue, silver and black

Suzuki has added the awaited Glass Blaze Orange colour to the GSX-8R in the UK market. While Suzuki’s global motorcycle page also lists Glass Blaze Orange as part of the 2026 GSX-8R colour set, India does not get this option yet. The middleweight sportbike with its practical parallel twin now looks fresh and tangy with this new colourway, Suzuki following how orange colour is getting popular in automotive industry and consumer electronics.

Now the Indian market does get the GSX-8R, but not this new orange option, at least not yet. Well, the iPhone got great sales in orange from the younger audience exuding that flash imagery. And for a middleweight the 8R genuinely loos fantastic in this colour.

Nothing else about the GSX-8R changes though. Still packed with a lively 776cc parallel-twin, Suzuki Intelligent Ride System with multiple riding modes, traction control, bi-directional quickshifter, TFT display and full-LED lighting, it is not as intimidating or expensive as a litre-class superbike, but still looks serious enough to pull in riders moving up from smaller sportbikes or even street nakeds. A brighter orange finish could give the GSX-8R a more extrovert identity and help it stand out more. So Suzuki India, bring it here please!
