2026 Triumph Tracker 400: First Ride Review

Introduction

The Tracker 400 is the latest addition to Triumph’s 400 range, and it is the only flat-tracker-style motorcycle currently on sale in India. As the name suggests, it draws design inspiration from the flat-track racers of yesteryears, but this is very much a road bike with flat-track DNA woven into its character.

Now, unlike the global-spec Tracker, which is powered by a 398cc engine, the India-spec model gets a smaller 349cc motor. So, does it still deliver the character and charm that a Tracker should? We’ve just ridden it, and here are our first impressions of the bike.
