2027 Kawasaki KLX230 Available in Two Colours

Kawasaki India has recently launched the 2027 KLX230, priced at Rs. 2.19 lakh (ex-showroom). This makes the bike around Rs. 35,000 more expensive than the MY26 bike. The dual-sport is available in two colour schemes, the same as the MY26 bike, and here’s a closer look at both:

Lime Green

This colour scheme features the same iconic Kawasaki green finish. The green colour is applied throughout, from the fender to the headlight cowl, tank, and tail section. White and blue graphics with ‘KLX 230’ written in black complement the finish. This colour scheme is quite bold, and Kawasaki fans will find it appealing.

Battle Gray/Bright White/Ebony

This is a triple-tone colour scheme, as the name suggests. It features a grey finish on the fender, headlight cowl, tank and tail section. The side panel that extends till the tail section and covers the exhaust is finished in white. The frame and swingarm are finished in black.

The grey finish is combined with fluorescent yellow graphics, giving the bike a youthful look overall. This colour scheme is aimed at riders looking for something different from the green finish that features prominently on all Kawasaki models.

The 2027 update has not made any mechanical changes to the bike. It continues to be powered by the same 233cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder engine producing 18.7bhp and 19Nm.

Alongside the KLX230, Kawasaki has also launched the KLX230 S and the KLX230RS. The KLX230 S features a lower seat height of 830mm, and the KLX230R S is a non-road-legal bike and is designed exclusively for off-road riding.
